I am a recently graduated game designer and programmer looking for work. I am passionate about bouldering, music and making games, having participated in multiple gamejams in the past. Recently as my studies at ESAT final project I participated as one of 3 designers in the development of "Inside The Crow's Nest" A Survival Horror Game on a team of 20+ People.
Inside the Crow's Nest is a survival horror game where a hunter awakens in a cell and must escape a cult-infested monastery, evading enemies and solving puzzles along the way.
During this project, my responsibilities included:
- Designing and documenting core gameplay systems, including the 3 C's (Character, Camera, Controls), inventory, and interaction mechanics.
- Actively participating in project planning to ensure deliverables were met on time and communicated effectively to producers.
- Designing the first level of the game (The Dungeons) and collaborating with artists and programmers to ensure consistency in gameplay and visuals.
- Working directly with musicians from the Berklee College of Music to ensure the original soundtrack (OST) and sound effects (SFX) matched the game’s tone and enhanced player immersion.
Loopus Loopez: Paella Defender is an action top-down bullet hell developed for the GMTK 2025 Jam. The game revolves around a valencian chef that uses a paella as a weapon against ingredients that don't belong in the recipe.
As the only designer on the project my responsibilities included defining the pillars of the game, general design of the enemies, upgrade system and feel. I also prototyped and implemented the explosive propane barrels using chaos destruction.
Detonation Sequence is a small Sokoban game inspired by Charlie Blast's Territory developed in Puzzle Script.
This Project was featured in Thinky Third Thursday April 2025
HateF#ck is a "marriage counsellor bullet hell" submitted to the Global Game Jam 2020. The theme of the jam was "repair".
I was the main programmer for this project, and i implemented systems like collision detection projectile spawn and the insult system.
Mielikki is a third-person exploration platformer where u play as the heroic alien intelligent life form, the goddess of nature Mielikki. This project was part of my first year at Breda University of Applied Sciences
I was one of 2 programmers on the team, and my responsibilities were:
- Part of the original concept team alongside an artist and a designer where we had to pitch the project to producers so it gets greenlit.
- Developed prototipes related to the gameplay including creating a zone that closes over time and player mechanics and animations.
